I ran 4 miles in the morning passing MIT and BU campus. It was fair code, about 16 degrees. Just want to get different people to see the flag. Here is a picture with sun rise on the Mass Ave Bridge.

I did a five miles run to the Mount Auburn Hospital. Check out my route here: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=677624.
Ran 6 miles to the Science Museum. Here is a picture in front of the museum. The wind was extremely strong today. I didn't wear a hat. My ears were really cold. Here is a map of today's route. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=675193

I bought a new pair of shoes today and ran 13 miles along the Charles River. Check out my route here: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=672778. The temperature is about 37 degree and it was a tougher run than I anticipated.

I got up early to drive my mother to the airport. I only had a sandwich and some french fry for brunch. Then I ran around all afternoon shopping for stuff. I started my run around 4:30. Felt pretty good at the beginning with the new shoes. But after eight miles, I felt really hungry and thirsty and there are no stores around for the next three miles. I felt so weak and dropped to 10 or 11 minutes per mile pace. Finally, I bought some drink at Harvard Square and finished my run. I didn’t get to eat dinner until 10:00pm. I guess the lesson for today is making sure you have enough sleep and food before a long run.
Planned to run thirteen miles today but only did five miles. I will have to get thirteen miles tomorrow. It’s hard to find people to take picture of me when it is very code out side. Here is a picture I took myself.
