Run To Work Again. (10 Miles)

Running for cancer

It was another great day to run today. Although only 23 degrees and windy, the day was sunny and bright. I really felt the drag on the flag this time. I admit I had to stop three times on the way to work. Even though I have been training for a couple of weeks now, I felt pretty tired after the run. Got to go to bed soon. Will write again tomorrow.

Running for Cancer

It was a cold and windy run. I took a picture. Here it is.

A 4-Mile Run

Running for cancer

Today’s route is from Central Square to MIT, to Boston University, then back to Central Square. It was roughly a 4-mile run. It was dark by the time I started running. People were just getting off work and the streets were busy. However, both campuses, MIT and BU, were quieter then usual. I guess the spring semester hasn’t started yet.

Weather wise, the temperature was great. Health wise, my left calf is still sore from Saturday’s race. I might have put too much strain on my left leg by unconsciously avoiding using my right leg due to a previous injury. However, have no worries. I am feeling great at this point and I have taking every precaution to avoid injury. There is a long way to finish and I am excited.

A Rainny Day (5M)

It rained all day today and the wind was exceptionally strong. The flag shook violently along memorial drive and it got tangled on a small tree. I spent five minutes to untangle it but I left a small hole on the flag. - The hole will be patched. :)

7-mie run along the Charles River

It was a great day today, sunny and beautiful. My legs are sore from yesterday’s race. I went for a 7-mile easy run along the Charles River (via the Science Museum) to enjoy the scenery. Here are two pictures I took.
